Sightings:You may see the squirrel itself in the loft or notice them climbing along you guttering. Squirrels tend to make their nests in loft spaces by shredding and making piles of insulation
Damage: Squirrels cause damage to properties by chewing wires which can cause fires in extreme cases, water marks on ceilings can be a sign of squirrel urine above and entry holes may be chewed in the fascia boards.
